Representative Mulder moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 115(JUD) am be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 4. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 4 was offered by Representatives Mulder and Elton: Page 3, line 17, after "receipt.": Insert "A waiver of liquidated damages may not be a condition of employment."
